New York's neighborhood DJ, jabrenica, is a renowned curator of good vibes and good music- specializing in making the old sound new and the new sound fresh. Spinning downtempo to nu-disco, her sound relies on funky house rhythms, R&B classics, electro pop beats & jazz inspired grooves- ensuring her sets are always infused with joy and musicality. She currently holds a residency at Bushwick's beloved Father Knows Best while still sharing her sound and style in bars, venues, art galleries, queer meet-ups & underground events from NYC to California and abroad. Passionate about building community through music and art, jabrenica can be found doing that- near, far, and whenever possible.
